Registration
Registration for Baseball and Softball is OPEN through January 31st. T-Ball and Challenger divisions remain open through March 31st. Registration is through TeamSnap, with one form for all Baseball and Softball divisions, and separate forms for T-Ball and Challenger divisions. All forms are linked below.
If you don't already have a TeamSnap account, you will need to create one at the time of registration. TeamSnap is used by the league and coaches throughout the season for schedules and communication.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, Grafton Little League will work with you to assure that all children who want to play Little League Baseball, Softball or T-Ball have that opportunity. We have a limited number of scholarships available; please contact the league President for additional details.
2024 Player Fees
Player fees include a team jersey and hat.
Baseball
Rookies (ages 7-8) - $220
Minors (ages 9-10) - $220
Intermediates (ages 11-12) - $220
Juniors (ages 13-14) - $200
Softball
Rookies (ages 7-8) - $220
Minors (ages 9-10) - $220
Tee Ball
(ages 5-6) - $80
Challengers
(all ages) - $40
Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate.
IMPORTANT - NEW FOR 2024
Little League Medical Release Form
A completed Little League Medical Release Form is now a requirement to complete the registration process. If you have multiple registrants, you will need one form per registrant. Please download the fillable PDF form, complete it, and save it as a separate file name. During registration you will need to upload the completed file(s).
These forms will only be accessible to team managers in case of an emergency.

If you are interested in a FULL division, please contact the Player Agent. We will add you to a waiting list to see if we can get enough players to create another team. If we cannot create another team, we can connect you with other community LL teams.

Grafton Little League (GLL), based in Grafton, WI, is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates under a charter from Little League International.
Grafton Little League was founded in 1975 with 48 players on four teams in a single division.
Today we have over 400 players on 40+ teams competing in 8 divisions.
