2025 Player Registration
Registration for Baseball and Softball is OPEN through January 31st.
T-Ball and Challenger divisions remain open through mid-March.
Player fees include a team jersey and hat.
For the 2025 season Little League is requiring all registrations througn Sports Connect.

Once there, use the REGISTER button in the upper right corner to begin.
Baseball
Rookies (ages 7-8) - $220
Minors (ages 9-10) - $220
Intermediates (ages 11-12) - $220
Juniors (ages 13-14) - $200
Softball
Rookies (ages 7-8) - $220
Minors (ages 9-10) - $220
Tee Ball
(ages 5-6) - $80
Challengers
(all ages) - $40
Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate.
If you are experiencing financial difficulties, Grafton Little League will work with you to assure that all children who want to play Little League Baseball, Softball or T-Ball have that opportunity. We have a limited number of scholarships available; please contact the league President for additional details.
IMPORTANT
Little League Medical Release Form
A completed Little League Medical Release Form is now a requirement to complete the registration process. If you have multiple registrants, you will need one form per registrant. Please download the fillable PDF form, complete it, and save it as a separate file name. During registration you will need to upload the completed file(s).
These forms will only be accessible to team managers in case of an emergency.

Grafton Little League (GLL), based in Grafton, WI, is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that operates under a charter from Little League International.
Grafton Little League was founded in 1975 with 48 players on four teams in a single division.
Today we have over 400 players on 40+ teams competing in 8 divisions.
